Valdez Wide Chest of Drawers

When delivered two of the handles were bent, this was flagged up by the delivery team. This had also caused slight damage to the drawers. We were told customer services would contact us, they didn’t. We had to contact them ( no phone number so only via email). They were supposed to have been advised of the damage by the delivery team but clearly they hadn’t been, we had to send photos even though the delivery team had taken photos and said they would pass them to customer services. They hadn’t! We got a visit from a technician who confirmed the damage and said the drawers would be replaced and customer services would contact us to arrange it. They didn’t.
After nearly three weeks we received 2 handles in the post, no notification, no accompanying letter, just 2 handles. We emailed customer services and asked them to call us. They didn’t.
I don’t think we have experienced such poor customer service before from any company. It would have been zero stars but one star seems to be the minimum option.
